How to submit Cancellation?

If you need cancel one or multiple active services, please follow the instruction below :
 
  • Log into Client Area.
  • Navigate to active services.
  • Select the service you would like to cancel.
  • On the product detail, please navigate to "Actions"" -> "Request Cancellation" -> Fill out the form.
