We wanted to provide an update regarding our ongoing network upgrade we wrote about earlier (also to be found in announcements).

This was usually planned to be finished end of 1st Week of March 2025. (last week). However there is a small delay and this to be finished beginning next week (17th March 2025) IF not end by this week (until 14th March 2024)..

Apart from that Everything is progressing as planned.

As said we will notify again latest 24/48h before it will take place.

As a reminder, this upgrade includes adding +300Gbit from GTT Communications, expanding our upstream capacity, and integrating new Internet Exchanges along with our OWN Network POP and Equipment in NIKHEF which we are fully independent from our Datacenter.  We are only using their DWDM to interconnect.
While we do not except any disruptions, brief connection resets may occur as we fine-tune our BGP mix for optimal performance.

Likely you will not notice anything. We just notify clients just in case - as said before.
